Our 'flying start' team workshops have been used for start-up teams or teams that have identified a need for re-establishing themselves. They have been used in a range of organisations - for example, a major retail pharmacy, a manufacturing plant, government departments and others.

The choice made by senior managers in each case was to establish, from the very start, high behavioural standards for their teams.

Flying Start events are preceded by a short period of research within the team and the organisation so that material designed for the team contains the most meaningful content and is in language appropriate for the team.
