Our techniques and materials have been designed for and tested in operational environments from which emerged the highly flexible products known as The Vanilla Concept®. The Vanilla Concept® products do not need to be delivered by professional trainers because they were specifically designed for operational, including frontline, people.

Our transfer to operational people means that you always have a ready supply of people in the day to day workplace to continue supporting their colleagues in a low key way.
